National Accounting Solutions, LLC is owned by Al Stalcup and Louise von Paffen.

Al is a Vietnam Veteran with 33 years of “In The Trenches” selling and operations experience. Al Trains people to deliver dynamic customer service while making money in the process. His experience includes: Business Owner, Large company experience such as Sales Manager, General Manager and Sales Rep, East Coast Sales Manager and Sales Trainer for a large Consolidator, BA in Marketing with Distinction, General Manager for another Consolidator, Building sales divisions that continue to be profitable to this day.

Al was responsible for the turnaround of several locations within the consolidation industry…in one case increasing sales from $1.2 MM to $3.4 MM in just 18 months. Over the years, Al has published several books including:

The Million Dollar Salescloser, The Customer Service Game and The Service Sells Game. All of these books have since been used as training manuals for hundred of customer service reps, sales people and selling technicians. Al's low-cost, no-cost marketing techniques have been utilized and proved successful in both good and bad markets.

Louise has been in sales all of her professional life after rearing six children for which she was the breadwinner during the many years her husband was sick with cancer and after he died. She discovered CPA sales in 1996.
It was by far the most interesting service she’d ever sold because every call was unique. She belonged to an Accountant’s Marketing Network through which she met CPA’s and other marketing directors from all over the country.

She excelled in CPA sales and was always a top producer. She learned, however, that top producers can sell themselves right out of a job. CPA’s can only handle just so many accounts before a salesperson has to slow down.

Keeping this in mind, Louise approached Al with the unique concept of working with a network of CPA’s who could specialize in offering business packages that could give the best service at the most affordable price…and do it with the utmost of professional expertise and integrity. He liked the idea and has helped her put together a business that works.
